These Terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our clients, students, and staff. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services or enrolling in our courses.
MW International Beauty Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
MW International Beauty Academy’s salon services are exclusively reserved for female clients and staff. This policy is in place to ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for all our female patrons and employees. We kindly request all clients to honor this guideline. The salon offers a wide range of beauty treatments performed by trained professionals who adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Appointments are required for all services, and cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our salon policies, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with health and safety regulations.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information relevant to the services they receive. MW International Beauty Academy is not liable for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from undisclosed health conditions or allergies. While we strive to provide excellent service, results may vary depending on individual circumstances.
Our academy is committed to providing quality education and professional training in the beauty industry, welcoming students of all genders. We offer a variety of courses designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their beauty careers.
Admission to the academy is based on meeting the eligibility criteria specified for each course. Students must comply with all academy rules, including attendance requirements, participation in practical sessions, and adherence to the code of conduct. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.
Students are responsible for their own personal safety and must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the academy during practical training. The academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and fees at any time to improve the quality of education and meet regulatory standards.
By enrolling, students acknowledge that MW International Beauty Academy is not liable for any injuries or losses incurred during the course of training, except in cases of proven negligence by the academy.
All payments for salon services and academy courses must be made in full or according to the payment plan agreed upon at the time of booking or enrollment. Payments can be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
For salon appointments, full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
For academy courses, fees must be paid prior to the commencement of classes. Refunds for course fees are subject to the academy’s refund policy, which allows refunds only in specific circumstances such as course cancellation by the academy or withdrawal before the course start date. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced, except under exceptional conditions at the academy’s discretion.
Any outstanding payments must be cleared before issuing certificates or allowing further participation in courses or services.
